• Bi-Monthly Payment

  Payment twice a month on the 5th and 20th

  A $25 bonus will be paid to anyone who recruits and refers someone into a crew position within one of our McDonald's. The referred employee must work for a minimum of 30 days at a satisfactory level to be determined by the Store Manager.

• 50% Discount on Meals

  Crew workers in good standing are offered a food discount of 50% once per day.

• Birthday Uniform

  Employees receive a new uniform on their birthday.

• Mystery Shop Bonus

  If you are working a shift when the Mystery Shopper comes to the store, and you help the store receive a grade of 90% or better, you will receive a $20 bonus.

• Access to IRA

  Employees have access to a simple IRA with a percentage of a company match.

• Flexible Hours

  We are known for our ability to provide flexible work hours. The restaurant is open 24 hours and we can offer morning, day, evening and overnight shifts.
