Performance reviews are completed with all employees every 3 months. Wage reviews are completed within 30 days of being hired, then every 6 months afterward.

Currently we start crew at $6.75 to $8.00 per hour depending on experience

All training is paid for by the company. College credit is available for select management courses.

Shirts and hat are provided to all employees for free. Non-slip shoes for crew are required and provided at a discount
